Becoming a trauma-informed organization is more that just a one time training event or having clinicians trained in trauma specic interventions.  It is about transforming the entire environment of care to ensure safety, establish trust and promote recovery.  Breakwater promotes this transformation by offering trainings, organizational assessments, coachings, and learning collaboratives.

The trainer has completed instructor training from SAMHSA and teaches from that comprehensive model.
